Sinopse: Monkey Turn é um anime esportivo baseado em corridas profissionais de lanchas, moto aquáticas como é chamada. O protagonista do anime, Hatano Kenji, tinha como sonho ser jogador de beisebol, mas não se adaptou, então seu treinador de beisebol o recomendou para entrar em corridas de barco.

O homônimo "Monkey Turn" é uma manobra de barco que foi aperfeiçoado por Kenji e que lhe dá uma grande vantagem sobre os outros competidores, mas será o suficiente para ele se tornar o melhor?
